Get ready to:

• Be a part of a truly cross-functional team; Backend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers and QA’s.

• Participate in product planning (From discovery all the way to deployment); We want your input at all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle!

• Collaborate! Our teams work together to develop robust new features, API’s, continuously improve our industry-leading products and find and fix any bugs at DeelSpeed.

• Ensure our customers receive a white-glove experience with our products!

The bits and bytes that you’ll bring to your new team:

• 5+ years experience and have expert knowledge of TypeScript and React.js - particularly Class Components, Functional Components and React Hooks.

• You have great knowledge of state management tools.

• You’re an expert with the essentials, such as HTML and CSS.

• You have a firm understanding of server side languages (we use Node.js on the Backend).

• You have at least 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer.

You're the Engineer we're looking for if you:

• Excel in the art of designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using the tech listed above.

• Thrive in a collaborative, remote-first work culture where teamwork, camaraderie, and being Together Everywhere are key.

• Embrace independence and take ownership of your projects, yet also excel in a team setting and love to contribute.

• Communicate complex ideas with ease and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Are passionate about solving customer problems with your coding superpowers, and approach challenges with Default Optimism whilst maintaining a balanced perspective in all aspects of your work.

• Take a business-focused approach to software development, with a keen eye on delivering high-value outcomes for our clients.

• Embody our core value of Genuine Care, deeply understanding and addressing the impact of your work on our customers.

Extra brownie points if you:

• Have experience with SaaS products running 24/7 on a major cloud vendor.

• Have an uncanny ability to create pixel-perfect, visually stunning apps.

• Have honed your skills working in distributed teams and thrive in a remote work environment.

• Are a subscription management and access auditing pro, with a knack for solving complex problems in SaaS products.

• Have knowledge of the dynamic world of FinTech.
