We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front -End Developer to join our dynamic Engineering Team. In this role you will develop and enhance both Bombora’s current customer web application and develop new capabilities. You should bring deep/significant/lots of knowledge/experience with: JavaScript and/or Typescript, SPA frameworks like Vue.js, React, and Angular with a passion and commitment to quality software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and product managers
- Develop and support FE development standards and best practices
- Help establish and Architect a framework for new customer initiatives
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and a component library
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Participate in development life cycle activities including design, coding, review, testing and release
The ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Creativity, pragmatism, curiosity, and a good sense of humor
- Proven UI and JavaScript development experience with a strong portfolio and 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Deep knowledge and experience with all common FE development technologies:
- HTML5, JavaScript/Typescript,
- SPA frameworks like React.js and Vue.js,
- CSS frameworks and component libraries such as Bootstrap and/or Material-UI
- Proficient in view layout and rendering technologies (e.g., responsiveness, progressive enhancement, browser/device compatibility)
- Strong visual and UX design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Demonstrated ability to spec, wireframe, and mock intuitive and functional UIs
- Loves learning new and emerging technologies and is driven to build a successful product used by clients.
Bonus:
- Experience establishing and advocating for standards & long term maintainability of software
- Experience with AngularJS
- Full stack familiarity or experience

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
