We are Fantasy.

For over two decades, we've partnered with the likes of Google, Microsoft, Nike, Spotify, and Peacock to build digital products used by billions of people every day. We're now entering our most ambitious chapter: designing and building the next generation of intelligent experiences, where AI isn't a chatbox but the orchestrator of truly personal products and brand experiences.

Your Role.

As a Designer at Fantasy, you'll ship world-class products for world-leading organizations, working alongside talented teams to build experiences that millions of people love. You'll partner with companies like Netflix, Spotify, Asana, The Academy of Motion Pictures, Dolby, Ancestry, and Salesforce, across industries from automotive and travel to AI and voice interfaces. This role covers both web and mobile, and you'll often be juggling multiple projects and workflows at once. We're looking for someone who takes real ownership of their work and isn't afraid to bring their own point of view to the table.

What you'll do

  • Design visually compelling, high-functioning interfaces for web and mobile products
  • Build and maintain design systems that are scalable, accessible, and expressive
  • Keep visual consistency across products through expert use of Figma and component libraries
  • Create and document micro-interactions and UI motion briefs
  • Partner with UX and conceptual designers to iterate on wireframes and navigation frameworks
  • Translate client goals into clear, research-backed design solutions
  • Represent design in cross-functional meetings, balancing strategic and experiential thinking
  • Help shape how people interact with AI

What you bring

  • A proactive, exploratory mindset.  You don't wait for verbatim instructions, you dig into the context and bring solutions
  • Genuine excitement for hard design problems, not just execution
  • Comfort taking ownership of tasks and driving them forward with minimal hand-holding
  • Ability to translate ambiguous or high-level client direction into concrete recommendations
  • 4+ years in the design industry, focused on human-centered digital products
  • A strong portfolio spanning a range of digital products and platforms (web and mobile)
  • Deep expertise in design systems: structure, scalability, and documentation
  • Comfort managing multiple workflows and projects simultaneously
  • Strong command of UI best practices, layout, and interaction design
  • Solid grasp of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Skilled at turning UX wireframes into production-ready UI
  • Highly skilled in Figma, including shared libraries, plugins, and design system components
  • Sharp eye for detail and strong design instincts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Our Commitment.

Fantasy has been building diverse, inclusive teams since 1999. We believe the range of perspectives in this building is inseparable from the quality of what we ship. Fantasy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
