Our paid performance is bottlenecked by insufficient content volume. We've identified ad creative supply as the primary blocker to scaling Opal's growth.
To maintain and improve our paid marketing performance, we need a constant pipeline of fresh, high-converting content that can be tested rapidly and scaled when it wins. Right now, we don't have the internal capacity to source, license, and negotiate rights at the velocity required.
Why This Role MattersWithout a steady flow of new ad creative, we can't:
Test new angles and hooks fast enough
Scale winning campaigns without creative fatigue
Compete effectively in saturated auction environments
This hire directly unblocks growth by ensuring our paid team always has fresh, high-quality content to test and scale.
