The Crown Is Yours
We are searching for an FP&A Analyst to join our Sportsbook Financial Performance team. This team takes on challenging problems that will empower DraftKings to be a market leader and the first choice for customers in the years to come. In this role, you will focus on revenue forecasting and promotional spending analysis, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize our strategies. You will also work cross-functionally with our Analytics teams to generate insights, define measurement frameworks, analyze business performance, and identify high-value areas for opportunity.
What you'll do as an FP&A Analyst
- Create strong partnerships with functional leaders to support the online sportsbook vertical.
- Serve as a key representative to help model, structure, execute, and track key strategic initiatives.
- Support and optimize a rolling 12-month monthly forecasting process.
- Monitor forecasts and benchmark performance; identify sources. of deviation and ensure action is taken based on new information.
- Work with senior partners to identify their functional goals and support the development of their annual Operating Plan as well as their multi-year plan.
- Partner with finance executives and operators to define business problems, identify and help design analytically rigorous solutions.
- Create high-quality presentations to communicate with key stakeholders across the business effectively.
- Support the Accounting team with month-end reconciliation of accruals.
What you'll bring
- At least 2 years of experience in FP&A is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field is required.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in financial analysis methods, concepts, and tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid work environment.
- Practical experience with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau.
- Excitement to become a subject matter expert on the digital sportsbook space.
- Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $71,200.00 - $106,800.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
