The Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Euro Patriot Program Finance team is seeking a motivated individual to join the portfolio as a Financial Analyst (P3) supporting program Financial Planning and Strategic Activities to support future business area growth. Programs within the portfolio include primarily Patriot Germany with some support to COMLOG Spares and Repairs. This is a rapidly growing area of the business with multiple billion dollar backlog.

This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work preference is the Tewksbury, MA location but may also be done at the Tucson, AZ, McKinney, TX or Huntsville, AL. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage requirement for forecasting, including monthly forecast updates, AOP and Long Range Planning, tracking cash receipts and delivery outlooks

  • Report forecast information and results to the program leadership team

  • Support request from the Eurasia and Global Patriot FP&A organization

  • Provide continual improvement in tools and process to drive improved predictability in the program financial forecast

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field & 5 years of professional experience with financial analysis; OR and Advanced degree and 3 years of professional experience with financial analysis

  • Experience with forecasting, tracking, bookings, sales, profit and/or cash

  • Experience with SAP, APEX, Rplan or a similar system

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Word applications

  • Self-starter, highly motivated individual with a positive “can do” attitude with ability to work well with team members at all levels of management

  • Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills with the ability to multitask and manage workloads

  • Strong commitment to accuracy, data integrity and process improvement

  • Experience with Financial Management of Production Programs

  • Experience working with DoD government contracting

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
