Role Overview

As the Director of FP&A, you will lead the planning, forecasting, and analytical efforts that drive financial and strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll work closely with the executive team and department heads to deliver insights, build scalable processes, and ensure alignment between financial outcomes and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership

· Partner with the Executive team to develop long-term financial models and strategic plans.

· Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes across the company.

· Translate company goals into financial targets and operational KPIs.

· Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on financial performance, including variance analyses and actionable recommendations.

· Analyze profitability, customer acquisition costs, unit economics, and other fintech-specific metrics.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Sales to assess performance and forecast impacts of business decisions.

Planning & Forecasting

· Own the financial model; ensure it’s dynamic, scalable, and incorporates key drivers of the business.

· Drive scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities.

Reporting & Investor Support

· Prepare board decks, investor updates, and executive presentations.

· Maintain alignment with GAAP/IFRS reporting in coordination with the accounting team.

  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and financial discipline.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

· 8–12 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably in fintech or SaaS.

· Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

· Experience supporting capital raises, M&A, or IPO readiness.

· Familiarity with key fintech metrics: LTV/CAC, take rate, interchange margins, payment volumes, etc.

Salary: $120,000 to $180,000
