Swan is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting Swan's financial strategy, financial planning and analysis initiatives, and treasury operations to support our growth.
Your responsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis
- Support the development and implementation of Swan's financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Provide insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business performance
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track financial performance and measure progress against targets
- Collaborate with business units to develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investment opportunities
Treasury Management
- Support comprehensive treasury strategies to manage Swan's Bitcoin holdings, liquidity, and risk effectively
- Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support operational requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, treasury management, and/or corporate finance roles
- SEC reporting experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury operations, and Bitcoin ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- US timezones required
- Compensation for this role will be based on location and experience, and may include base salary, equity, benefits
Remote pay range (based on location and experience)
$90,000—$130,000 USD
