FP&A Analyst
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and partner closely with our Customer Success organization. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is critical to driving insights that optimize customer retention, expansion, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Customer Success team, aligning financial insights with operational KPIs including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Retention, and customer health metrics.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate ROI on Customer Success programs, including onboarding, renewals, and tech stack investments.
• Support business  with ad-hoc analysis, scenario planning, and business case development.
• Continuously improve financial processes, tooling, and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy in Customer Success reporting.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Business mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, churn, GRR, NRR).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Proficiency in BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience supporting Customer Success, Sales, or RevOps functions.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS company.
