Partner with S32 portfolio companies as a founding recruiter to design and lead early-stage hiring and talent strategies, drive growth by owning hiring projects from concept to launch, and shape company direction through hands-on recruiting and talent development.

The base pay range for this role is $140,000 – $200,000 per year.
