Casca is building AGI for banking. We’re replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates 90% of the manual work humans once had to do.

Founding Project Manager

Lead transformational bank implementations that reshape the $7T lending industry.

The Mission

Casca was founded by a team of Banking IT experts and AI researchers from Stanford University, Georgia Tech, and Goldman Sachs who believe that the future of banking is AI-native. Backed by Canapi, Y Combinator and top 100 US Banks, we're revolutionizing the $7T lending industry through GenAI systems - killing traditional lending software as we know it.

This is your chance to lead the digital transformation of America's largest financial institutions. You'll bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and traditional banking operations, orchestrating implementations that turn months-long loan processes into minutes-long decisions.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of our AI-powered loan origination platform at Tier 1 banks, working directly with C-suite executives, business unit and technology leaders

  • Design and execute complex project strategies that navigate regulatory requirements, legacy system integrations, and organizational change management

  • Build scalable implementation methodologies that accelerate our expansion across the banking industry

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between our engineering teams, bank stakeholders, and regulatory bodies

  • Establish project management excellence that sets the standard for fintech-bank partnerships

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of management consulting experience at a leading firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) or project leadership experience at a top tech company

  • Proven track record managing large-scale software development and / or implementation projects ($5M+)

  • Industry experience in financial services

  • Strong cross-functional team leadership skills (business & engineering)

  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Bonus points:

  • Background in fintech or lending industry

  • Experience with AI-related projects

  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup

  • MBA from a top-tier program

What you'll get:
  • Impact & Ownership: A unique opportunity to shape the future of banking through AI, owning end-to-end product initiatives.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a talented and passionate team that values continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

  • Competitive Compensation: Includes salary, benefits, and potential equity in a fast-growing startup.

  • Professional Growth: Access to resources and mentorship to expand your skill set, influence strategy, and accelerate your career.

  • Culture of Innovation: We encourage risk-taking, learning from failures, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in fintech.

As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
