About Endra

At Endra, we're building AI that transforms how engineering teams design buildings. Our platform helps MEP engineering firms automate complex design workflows, move faster, and build better infrastructure for the physical world.

Backed by a16z ($75M total funding) alongside other top investors.

We're looking for our first Product Marketing Lead to define how we communicate the value of our product to the market. This is a foundational role that sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

You'll work directly with our founders and product team to ensure every product release lands, every customer story gets told, and every salesperson has the messaging they need to win.

The Role

We're shipping product faster than we can explain it.

Today, there are features customers don't know exist, product launches that deserve more attention, and customer wins that aren't being shared. Your mission is to change that.

You'll build the product marketing function from scratch—creating the systems, messaging, and content that help prospects understand both what Endra does and why they should buy it.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who loves translating complex products into clear, compelling stories.

What You'll DoOwn Product Launches
  • Build a repeatable product launch process across the company.

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to understand what's shipping before anyone else.

  • Turn product releases into launch campaigns that customers actually notice.

  • Create release notes, launch assets, videos, demos, blog posts, and enablement materials.

  • Ensure every meaningful feature gets communicated clearly and consistently.

  • Build the operating rhythm that keeps customers excited about Endra's pace of innovation.

Tell Customer Stories
  • Interview customers and uncover the moments where Endra changed how they work.

  • Produce case studies, customer videos, testimonials, and success stories that sales can use every day.

  • Build a library of proof points that demonstrate measurable customer impact.

  • Become the internal expert on why customers buy, adopt, and expand with Endra.

Build Messaging & Positioning
  • Develop Endra's core messaging framework and value propositions.

  • Refine ICP definitions alongside Sales and the founders.

  • Create competitive positioning and battle cards.

  • Continuously test and improve messaging based on customer conversations and market feedback.

  • Help ensure everyone—from founders to sales reps—is telling the same story.

Enable Revenue
  • Partner closely with Sales to improve win rates.

  • Build sales collateral, one-pagers, decks, FAQs, objection handling guides, and demo narratives.

  • Turn product knowledge into tools that help close deals faster.

  • Become the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market.

Build the Function
  • Create the playbooks, templates, launch processes, and messaging systems that future product marketers will inherit.

  • Work directly with founders to shape how Endra is positioned in the market.

  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve how we communicate our product.

What We're Looking For
  • 4–12 years of experience in Product Marketing at a Seed, Series A, or Series B startup.

  • You've built product marketing programs from the ground up—not simply operated an existing machine.

  • Strong track record of launching products that drove customer adoption and revenue.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable translating highly technical products into messaging that customers immediately understand.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple launches simultaneously.

  • Curious, analytical, and deeply customer-oriented.

  • High agency with a strong bias toward action.

Bonus Points
  • Experience at a startup building software for the physical world (AEC, manufacturing, robotics, industrial software, construction, climate, infrastructure, etc.).

  • Experience marketing technical AI or developer products.

  • Experience interviewing enterprise customers and producing compelling case studies.

  • Experience building competitive intelligence programs.

  • Design, video, or content creation skills.

How We Work

We're looking for builders.

People who enjoy creating clarity where none exists.

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Move fast without sacrificing quality.

  • Love simplifying complex ideas.

  • Obsess over customer understanding.

  • Take ownership instead of waiting for direction.

  • Learn new industries quickly.

  • Think like an owner, not a function.

Success in Your First 6 Months

By six months, you'll have:

  • Built a repeatable product launch process that ensures every major release reaches customers.

  • Established a consistent cadence of launch content that clearly communicates what Endra can do.

  • Published customer case studies that become core sales assets.

  • Built the first version of Endra's messaging framework, ICP positioning, and competitive battle cards.

  • Become the go-to person for product storytelling across the company.

Why Join?

This is a rare opportunity to define product marketing at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in engineering.

You'll work directly with the founders, influence product strategy, and shape how an entire industry understands Endra. The systems you build won't just support growth—they'll become the foundation for the entire go-to-market organization.
