The RoleWe're hiring a Founding GTM Engineer to design, build, operate, and scale a modern, AI-enabled revenue engine. This is a high stakes, high agency role, reporting directly to the CRO. This is a greenfield role for a true builder. You’ll own every element of our outbound revenue engine, building intelligent workflows to automate account prioritization and assignments, prospect research, campaign automation, and data integrity. You’ll architect the data, systems, and processes that enable us to determine who to target, when to engage, and how. You'll build automations that eliminate manual work, optimize every customer touchpoint, and enable our AEs and SDRs to see a step-change in their productivity. You’ll be expected to think strategically, ship quickly, experiment using data, and create leverage that translates into a step change in pipeline generation.
About You- GTM Expert. You live and breathe GTM; it is your professional passion. You are deeply familiar with the data, tools, workflows, and language of a modern GTM function. You have an informed point of view on critical elements of GTM structure, like territory design, coverage models, AE/SDR ROE, etc.
- Builder. You've built systems that stitched together data and automations into intelligent workflows. The key word is built - not inherited, tweaked, or optimized.
- AI and Automation Fluency. You’ve built LLMs in production environments and can write no/low-code automation comfortably.
- Professionally curious. You are always learning, staying on top of what’s new, honing your craft, asking questions, talking to peers.
- Data-driven. You use data to make decisions. You work in iterative sprints, shipping, learning, and refining quickly.
- Clear communicator. You think critically and can write and communicate clearly and logically.
- High ownership. You are comfortable being held accountable to hit very ambitious goals on very tight timelines
- Autonomous. You will thrive working independently in a remote environment because you’re self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, disciplined, and high agency.
