Infisical is looking to hire exceptional talent to join our teams in building the open source security infrastructure stack for the AI era.

We're building a generational company with a world-class engineering team. This isn’t a place to coast — but if you want to grow fast, take ownership, and solve tough problems, you’ll be challenged like nowhere else.

Infisical is looking for a developer-focused marketer who can combine deep technical curiosity with a sharp sense of storytelling and content-driven growth.

We’re one of the most active open source security infrastructure repositories on GitHub — used by companies like Hugging Face, Lucid, and multiple Fortune 500s. As we scale, we’re looking for someone who can translate our technical innovations into clear, engaging, and discoverable content that helps developers adopt and succeed with Infisical.

This role sits at the intersection of technical product marketing, developer content, and growth — ideal for someone who can communicate to developers, and build content that drives both usage and community trust.

You’ll work closely with our founders to:

  • Create and maintain sales enablement content: Develop compelling case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, and comparison pages to help prospects understand Infisical’s value.

  • Own webinar and virtual event execution: Plan and run technical deep-dives, product walkthroughs, and customer webinars that educate high-intent prospects and support the sales pipeline.

  • Run email nurture and retargeting campaigns: Build automated email sequences and retargeting flows to re-engage free users, PQLs, and site visitors — moving them toward demo requests or enterprise trials.

  • Coordinate with sales on collateral and feedback loops: Regularly gather input from AEs/SEs to refine messaging, prioritize new materials, and improve conversion rates at every stage of the buyer journey.

  • Manage conference presence: Creatively organize and support Infisical’s presence at industry events (e.g. KubeCon, re:Invent).

  • Support product launches with mid-funnel assets: Collaborate with DevRel and Product on major launches by producing tailored content for enterprise audiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical product marketing, developer marketing, or growth marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 2+ years of experience writing technical content or documentation at a startup or in the devtools/infrastructure space.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

  • Comfortable creating content across multiple formats — written, video, and social.

  • Based in the US or Canada.

Bonus

  • Previous experience as a developer marketer or working on developer-facing products.

  • Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, developer tooling, or infrastructure.

  • Willing to relocate to San Francisco.

How You’ll Grow

You’ll be the first growth and content-focused hire at Infisical — helping shape how we show up in the developer ecosystem. Your work will have a direct impact on how thousands of engineers discover, understand, and adopt Infisical across open source and enterprise.

Team, Values & Benefits

Our team brings experience from companies like Figma, AWS, and Red Hat. We operate primarily as a remote team but maintain a strong presence in San Francisco, where we have an office. We also get together in person throughout the year for off-sites, conferences, and team gatherings.

At Infisical, we offer competitive compensation, including both salary and equity options. Additional benefits, such as a lunch stipend and a work setup budget, are available with more details to be found on our careers page.

About Us

Infisical is the open source security infrastructure platform that engineers use for secrets management, internal PKI, key management, and SSH workflow orchestration. We help developers and organizations securely manage over 1.5 billion secrets each month including application configuration, database credentials, certificates, and more.

We’ve raised $19M from Y Combinator, Google, and Elad Gil, and our customers include Hugging Face, Lucid, and LG.

Join us on a mission to make security easier for all developers — starting with secrets management.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
