Why you should join us

Solstice is redefining how life sciences organizations commercialize their products. We are building a commercial engine that allows pharmaceutical marketers to take control of their content supply chain. Some reasons for why you should join us are:

  • Rapid growth: Over the past year, we have been working with some of the top life sciences manufacturers as well as marketing agencies and are working with over 50+ pharma brands.

  • Frontiers of technology: We’re building applications and rapidly iterating technical approaches at the frontiers of AI, experimenting with LLMs and new frameworks. We have V2 of the platform currently deployed to customers but are incorporating new, advanced frameworks to our solution aggressively.

  • Top-tier investors: We’ve raised $3.5mm+ from investors like Twelve Below, Virtue and the founders of Datavant, Commure, and Paradigm to supercharge our growth and build an elite team of engineers and operators.

  • A blank canvas to shape the product: We're still early—this is the rare chance to define the UX foundation, the design system, and the visual identity of a category-defining platform before it scales.

Building anything great requires commitment and dedication. We’re looking for someone who has the fire to prove others wrong 🚀

About the Role

Solstice is building the industry’s leading AI platform to help life sciences teams generate compliant marketing content. We’re looking for a Front-end/UX engineer to join our founding team and help architect and deliver the end-to-end user experience for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and engineering, has a deep appreciation for product polish, and wants to shape how the next generation of AI-first tools serve biopharma teams. Beyond development, you will be collaborating closely with co-founders Yiwen and Aris on all facets of the startup as we grow Solstice in the coming years. Reach out to [email protected] to learn more.

What you’ll be working on:
  • Designing and building beautiful, performant, and responsive UIs using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

  • Creating real-time, interactive product experiences that integrate AI insights, user annotations, and collaborative workflows.

  • Working closely with backend and AI engineers to ensure seamless data flow and frontend/backend integration.

  • Design, ship, and own production-level software from start to finish.

Some ideal traits we’re looking for
  • Engineering chops. Relevant experience building systems & deploying enterprise-grade products

  • Independent thinking. While we believe specific skills can be taught, we need someone who has the ability to make decisions and drive results on their own.

  • Frontend expertise. Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend tooling.

  • Bias toward action. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

  • Superb communication and collaboration skills. We believe in direct communication and willingness to provide as well as accept criticism.

  • Unreal work ethic. Diamonds were not made overnight.

Benefits
  • Medical insurance

  • Relocation support

  • Opportunity to work at a high-velocity and high-energy startup

  • Visa sponsorship (O-1, H1B) for internationals
