You’ll architect the low-latency core of our trading engine, design matching logic, build risk systems, stress-test security, and optimize execution flows for a high-throughput, real-time trading experience. This role is ideal for engineers with experience in HFT, prop trading, quant finance, or perps who want to build and test a cutting-edge, end-to-end trading system with security and risk top of mind.

- Ambitious and excited to learn, thrive in fast-paced environments, and independently own core components
- 3+ years experience building low-latency financial systems (Tradfi or crypto)
- Deep knowledge of order books, matching engines, and risk models
- Proficient in Rust, C++, C or comparable system languages
- Deep understanding of perpetual future and traditional markets with the ability to critically reason around security and market quality
- Bonus: Fullstack capability and interest in end-to-end performance tuning, DevSecOps experience including pipeline & CI/CD setup, containers, AWS/Azure infra
