About Campus

Campus is on a mission to accelerate the talent of tomorrow and reimagine what college can (and should) be. The problem is clear: college costs have skyrocketed, but outcomes haven’t. Traditional college hasn’t kept up with the aspirations of today’s students—and they can’t afford to wait.

At Campus, we’ve built a two-year, accredited college where students learn from top professors at universities like Princeton, Stanford, and Howard, in live, online classes. Our students graduate with in-demand business and AI skills—ready to launch their careers or transfer to top four-year universities. Our unique approach is grounded in a pioneering technology platform and a heavily-researched student success model that offers students dedicated advisors and on-demand tutoring and coaching. We were also named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2024.

We’re backed by an exceptional investor team that believes deeply in our vision for the future of education, including General Catalyst, Founders Fund, Bloomberg Beta, 8VC, Rethink Education, Sam Altman, Jason Citron, Shaquille O’Neal, and others.

The world has changed. Higher ed needs to catch up, and we’re leading the way - come join us!

About the Role

Campus is seeking someone to co-develop and potentially teach Vibe Coding 101, the first course in a new certificate and degree pathway focused on AI-native software development. This individual will play a critical role in launching a first-of-its-kind program in partnership with Replit and other leading industry partners.

This is a contract role through Fall 2025 to support curriculum development and course launch, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term part-time teaching role, and ultimately help shape a full associate degree program in AI-powered software development.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the future of programming, thrives at the intersection of computer science and AI, and is excited to build for a non-traditional student audience.

This is a project-based contract role until launch, that will become a PT hourly role post-launch. You will report to the VP of Academic Operations.

  • Graduate degree in CS, Engineering, or Education
  • Experience at a top-tier academic institution or a cutting-edge bootcamp

  • Are a collaborative team player open to feedback and co-creation
  • Are committed to equity, access, and the future of workforce-aligned education

Compensation

  • $2,000 stipend for course design and curriculum development (contract basis)
  • $8,000 for teaching Vibe Coding 101 during the Fall 2025 term (10 weeks), Part-Time

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
