About Fyxer

Since launching in May 2024 we’ve grown to $22 million in ARR. We’re building an AI executive assistant that handles emails, scheduling, and follow up, freeing people in client-facing roles to focus on their customers.

What We Value

We hire small numbers of exceptional people who want ownership and autonomy. You’ll be expected to work with urgency and intensity, but you’ll also gain responsibility quickly and see your work have a direct impact.

The Role

We’re hiring a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to build and scale our enterprise motion. We have two $1M customers, strong usage inside multiple large organizations, and real enterprise pipeline already stood up. The demand signals are clear, but the motion is still early.

You’ll help us turn that foundation into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine. You’ll sell big deals, build the motion, shape the playbook, and work directly with the CRO. If you want to help build a generational AI company and own one of the most important motions at Fyxer, this is it.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first conversation through evaluation, security review, procurement, and close

  • Build the enterprise motion with us. Shape how we qualify, run evaluations, multithread, build champions, and close complex deals

  • Turn real usage inside large companies into enterprise pipeline by identifying teams, leaders, and workflows where Fyxer is already winning

  • Own expansion for your accounts and partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and turn strong pockets of usage into broader rollouts

  • Run executive-level conversations with CXO leaders and senior stakeholders across multiple industries and functions

  • Work directly with the founders and CRO to help turn early enterprise wins into a repeatable, scalable motion

  • Share insights that influence our enterprise roadmap, messaging, and how we show value to larger organizations

About You
  • 5 to 10 years of SaaS experience running complex enterprise sales cycles

  • Proven success selling to large organizations and managing multi-threaded evaluations

  • Experience building or scaling an enterprise motion at an early stage company

  • Strong at discovery, running pilots, building champions, and navigating procurement and security

  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with high autonomy

  • A builder who enjoys shaping process and motion while selling

  • Bonus: experience in PLG or hybrid PLG and sales-led environments

  • Bonus: experience with AI or productivity tools

Compensation

We pay competitively relative to market benchmarks. In compliance with pay transparency and fairness guidelines, the OTE for this role is $280,000 ($140,000 base / $140,000 variable), plus equity, benefits, and perks.

Our Culture

Our culture is intentional. It stems from the fact we’re in the race of our lives to reshape one of the largest AI opportunities that exist: email. There is only first or last.

We’re going to win by:

  • An obsession with the fact that every second counts. We have to move fast with intensity and drive hard every day

  • Ownership. You have autonomy to own your outcomes

  • Relentless standards. Never let it slide and keep challenging yourself and others to reach the best outcome

This culture is intense. It requires focus and discipline. So we’ll do everything we can to remove distraction, support your wellbeing, and reward your impact.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
