  • Comfortable with ambiguity and iteration in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

What You'll DoDrive Customer Success & AdoptionOwn post-sale success: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for key accountsBuild and execute success plans aligned with customer goals and product capabilitiesDrive value realization through proactive check-ins, QBRs, and enablement sessionsTrack health scores, usage, and adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunitiesAct as a strategic advisor—guiding customers on best practices, new features, and workflowsCollaborate Cross-FunctionallyPartner with Forward Deployment Engineers to scope, prototype, and deliver customer solutionsCollaborate with Product and Engineering to surface feedback and shape roadmap prioritiesWork with Account Executives to identify and qualify expansion opportunitiesTroubleshoot blockers, coordinate internal support, and ensure fast resolutionBuild Customer Success playbooks and processes based on learningsPartner Deeply with CustomersEmbed with customer teams to understand their workflows, goals, and pain pointsIdentify and interpret key datasets that drive decision-making and integrate them into scalable solutionsDesign and refine user workflows that solve meaningful problems across teams and functionsLead training and onboarding sessions to ensure lasting impact and user successPresent findings and strategy to stakeholders from frontline operators to C-suite executivesWhat Success Looks LikeCustomers reach time-to-value fast and expand use across teamsLovable becomes mission-critical to how customers build and innovate
