We are hiring our first Channels Leader to build, own, and scale 7AI’s partner-led go-to-market strategy. This is a foundational role responsible for developing deep, productive relationships with leading cybersecurity partners and advisors, while defining the long-term channel strategy that will power 7AI’s growth.

You will be both strategic and hands-on — designing partner programs, enabling sellers, driving pipeline, and serving as the executive point of contact for key partners. This role is ideal for a proven channel expert who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to build something from the ground up. This role will ideally report out of our Boston office, however, we are open to a remote role for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and execute 7AI’s channel and alliances strategy, with an initial focus on top-tier cybersecurity partners

  • Drive channel-sourced and channel-influenced pipeline, bookings, and long-term revenue growth.

  • Develop and deliver partner enablement programs covering training, certifications, messaging, and sales plays.

  • Ensure partners can confidently position 7AI, identify use cases, and execute deals independently and jointly with direct sales.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to align channel motions with overall GTM strategy.

  • Establish clear rules of engagement and support joint account planning and deal execution.

  • Design scalable channel programs, processes, and metrics that enable repeatable partner success.

What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner leadership within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.

  • Proven success building and scaling channels-led GTM motions

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity buyers, sales cycles, and enterprise procurement.

  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through partners.

  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels in a fast-growing startup.

  • Prior experience building programs from 0 to 1

  • Familiarity with AI-driven security platforms, SOC tools, or automation technologies.
