Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with executives to understand project objectives and develop project plans
Lead the project management and implementation of theft detection marketing and operations projects, from concept through to deployment
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and operational team to ensure project milestones are met
Identify and resolve project challenges, adjusting strategies and plans as necessary.
Continuously evaluate project progress and performance, reporting progress and performance to team executives
Must-Have:
Proven experience in project management, ideally within a tech environment.
Excellent English communication with the ability to connect with a global team
Basic technical background, with experience in any of software engineering, data science, or a related field
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to develop project structures and plans from general directives.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with executives and across project teams.
Can work at least 4 hours per day in US PST timezone
Nice to Have:
Familiarity and interest in AI technologies, particularly computer vision
Prior experience in product or project management, with a focus on AI or technology companies
Knowledge of retail operations and the challenges of loss prevention
Ex-Founder or Venture Capital or Management Consulting or Banking or Working with US Companies, or Tech Companies
