At Advisor360°, we build technology that transforms how wealth management firms operate, scale, and serve their clients. As a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space, we’re trusted by some of the largest independent broker-dealers and RIAs to power the full advisor and client experience—from portfolio construction and reporting to compliance and client engagement.
What sets us apart? It's not just the tech (though it's best-in-class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do.
We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management.
As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve.
Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast—but making it count.

This role is Remote (U.S.) - with significant client-facing travel.
As a Forward-Deployed Engineering Leader, you won’t just implement solutions-you’ll define them. We embed directly with our clients-some of the largest and most complex wealth management institutions in the U.S.-to tackle their toughest challenges: messy data pipelines, rigid compliance workflows, clunky legacy tech. You’ll lead small, high-talent teams in the field, architect clean solutions under pressure, and push them to production-fast.
This isn’t a role where you follow a playbook. It’s where you write one…From day one.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead + Build: Grow and mentor a team of forward-deployed engineers obsessed with speed and precision.
  • Embed with Clients: Work side by side with executives, operators, and end-users to uncover the hardest problems and design real solutions.
  • Stay Hands-On: Architect systems, ship code, debug, and deploy into production-you set the standard.
  • Shape the Product: Partner with core engineering and product teams to feed frontline insights directly into the roadmap.
  • Operate at the Edge: Define and refine how we deploy, measure, and sustain impact in the field.
  • Advise at the Highest Levels: Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and COOs-helping shape the future of wealth management technology.
What You’ll Bring
  • 8+ years of software engineering, including 3+ in forward-deployed, customer-facing, or technical consulting roles.
  • Proven leadership experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  • Fluency in modern languages (Python, Java, Go, C++, etc.) plus strong systems design + architecture skills.
  • AI/ML, big data, or distributed systems expertise (must-have, not just nice-to-have).
  • Communication dexterity: you can shift seamlessly between deep technical detail and big-picture business outcomes.
  • Adaptability: thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly, and deliver under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across the U.S.

Why This Role Matters

We’re at an inflection point. Our platform already powers thousands of advisors-but we’re just getting started. This role demands a rare mix of skills: systems-level thinking, frontline product judgment, and leadership under uncertainty.

You’ll be part technologist, part operator, part strategist-solving problems that most engineers will never touch. If you’re tired of shipping features no one uses-or working on infrastructure without purpose-this is your chance to lead with urgency, build with craft, and deliver real-world impact at scale.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:
