Americas Futures & Options Client Services is part of Futures & Derivatives Clearing Operations which provides clearing services to clients who trade Futures & Options, Credit and Rates or FX.
As a Client Service Associate within F&O, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with our clients in the hedge funds and commodities space. You will use your knowledge of the product to help our clients manage their trades, positions, expirations and physical delivery of underlying assets. You will partner with our execution desks, front office account managers, clearing teams and other internal support areas. You will also use and help build analytics and client intelligence to influence client behavior, reduce fees and commissions issues, improve data delivery and operational processes.

Job responsibilities
- Engage with clients on an ongoing basis to build trust and maintain strong relationships
- Advise clients and internal partners on product and operational capabilities
- Manage position and expirations and address product queries
- Use our client data platform to develop an in depth understanding of operational client experience and issues to provide proactively present best practices to clients and internal groups
- Lead across regions and sub-functions to resolve client and ops issues covering setups, regulatory requirements, charging, reporting, and trade management
- Design objectives for clients and demonstrate success through periodic client service review meetings. We empower our Client Service team to strengthen relationships and improve client experience through in-person client visits where appropriate.
- Represent Operations to other parts of the firm including Sales, Execution, Account Management
