This role blends leadership, product expertise, and industry insight to guide a high-performing team and ensure the smooth execution of our operations. As the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong communication, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of full-time employees, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Identify individual coaching needs and provide ongoing feedback to support professional development and growth.
- Set clear expectations and objectives, ensuring the team remains informed about operational and organizational changes.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, regularly monitor team performance, and implement improvements.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and conduct analyses to support decision-making.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain strong communication across functions
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- Solid sports data product knowledge and understanding of industry dynamics
- Broad and up-to-date knowledge of multiple sports
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to foster positive relationships
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Self-aware, reflective, and open to feedback
