We are seeking a Financial Systems Integration Specialist to drive the standardization and integration of financial systems across newly acquired companies, with a primary focus on Sage Intacct implementations and connector-based financial data flows. Reporting to our Lead, this role will be central in migrating varying finance environments into a unified, scalable, multi-entity Sage Intacct instance and ensuring ongoing data accuracy and consistency across business units.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience configuring Sage Intacct for multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and dimensional reporting, as well as practical experience using middleware integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or similar tools. This is a collaborative and execution-focused role requiring strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into automated and sustainable system solutions. We are looking for someone who is highly technical and comfortable owning systems configuration and integrations end-to-end.
Responsibilities- Lead migrations from legacy accounting systems into Sage Intacct, including data mapping, chart of accounts alignment, and dimensional structure setup.
- Standardize and document financial workflows and system configurations across newly acquired entities.
- Configure and maintain Sage Intacct modules (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Order Entry, Contracts/Subscriptions, Multi-Entity Consolidations).
- Build and refine workflows, access controls, audit settings, reporting structures, and dashboards within Sage Intacct.
- Develop and maintain custom fields, reporting outputs, and data structures to support financial reporting and analysis.
- Implement and manage integrations using Celigo, Boomi, or similar, ensuring automated, reliable data flows across systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve synchronization issues, data inconsistencies, and API-related integration problems.
- Identify manual or inefficient finance processes and design automated, scalable system-driven solutions.
- Support standardized month-end close, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Partner with Accounting, Operations, and IT to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Communicate system impacts, timelines, and risks to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Lead the onboarding of newly acquired companies onto the Partner One financial systems environment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process guides, integration diagrams, and system training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong finance background with a solid understanding of accounting workflows and controls.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring or implementing Sage Intacct, ideally in multi-entity environments.
- Practical experience with Celigo, Boomi, or similar middleware tools for system integrations and data flows.
- Experience supporting multi-entity consolidations, intercompany transactions, and dimensional reporting structures.
- Comfortable working with API-based integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting sync/data integrity issues.
- Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to document processes, configuration decisions, and system architecture clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configuration.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
