* Job Summary
* The Financial Services Sales Executive identifies, structures, and sells CDW Financial Services options to clients across all regions, working closely with the CDW sales team. The Financial Services Sales SR Executive provides presales support including positioning, creating financial alternatives and assisting in the development of the proposal to deliver to the client. This role demonstrates strong financial, acumen in evaluating the key aspects of our clients' business through review of their Annual Reports, 10K's, investor calls and related information. In addition to the financial acumen, this role also needs to have technology and manage services acumen to understand the client's overall technology needs with the ability to include managed services where applicable. This role serves as the subject matter expert in the designated financial solution focus area and provides Financial Services sales support from opportunity identification through the completion of the sales cycle.
* What you will do:
* Sells CDW Financial Services offerings, such as leasing, loans, managed services and re-marketing services, working closely with the CDW sales team
* Evaluates clients' internal financial information to develop and recommend CDW Financial Services solutions
* Advises the CDW sales team on complex deal structures, and provides Financial Services sales support and expertise throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to close
* Provides training and knowledge transfer on Financial Services solutions and vendor offerings to the CDW sales team
* Develops strong relationships with manufacturer financing organizations and other relevant vendors
* Remains current with developments in the Financial Services industry through professional associations, networking and formalized training
* Contributes to developing Best Practices, strategies, policies, and documentation for the Financial Services sales team
* Collaborates with CDW sales team on highly complex situations involving multiple areas of our offerings- Services, Product and Financial.
* Develops business use cases to enable the sales team to position several options to their client based on client's needs and how they want to pay for solution. The use cases could include financing solutions and/or up front sale solution.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in Financial Services sales and Technology sales in the Information Technology industry
* Knowledge of financial statement evaluation, general accounting principles
* Ability to understand complex variables and develop appropriate financial solutions
* Ability to run financial calculators in the areas of NPV, amortization, and lease structuring
* Presentation skills, sales skills, and ability to propose creative financial solutions
* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships within all levels of an organization, and to influence a sales team to include financial services solutions in proposals to clients
* Demonstrated problem solving, customer service, negotiation, and follow up skills
