What you'll do:
  • Lead financial and data analytics, overseeing operational, financial, and compliance reporting for loan, deposit, and investment portfolios. This includes preparing metrics and key findings to share with the Board of Directors
  • Manage operational dashboards that streamline the reporting process, ensuring greater efficiency across the organization
  • Develop and execute asset strategies, deploying capital across diversified investments and lending products to achieve an optimal yield and profitability
  • Manage a comprehensive planning structure and facilitate quarterly reforecasting to provide up-to-date financial and operational projections
  • Lead the annual budget process; provide trend analysis and metrics to guide team leads in preparing targets
  • Lead detailed analyses of account origination, pricing, and profitability for both loan and deposit products

What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated expertise in budgeting and forecasting tools and principles.
  • A keen eye for details - accuracy of reports is of utmost importance
  • Working knowledge of data organization
  • Comfort providing your analysis and reporting to team leads, executives and the Board of Directors
  • Self motivation to work independently in a remote environment
  • FDIC Call Report experience is a plus
  • Understanding of product, client and divisional profitability including funds transfer pricing basics
  • Ability to apply capital allocation methodologies to maximize profitability and product sets
