What you'll do
- Support financial planning, forecasting, target setting, and performance management activities
- Combine financial and non-financial data to create meaningful business insights
- Analyze business trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
- Support commercial, customer, and geopolitical performance analysis
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support decision-making
- Contribute to business cases, simulations, and scenario analysis
- Support automation, digitalization, data management, and AI-driven initiatives
- Transform complex data into clear recommendations and stakeholder-ready presentations
- Collaborate with finance, commercial, and operational stakeholders across the organization
Who you are
We are looking for individuals with strong potential who are excited to learn, solve problems, and make an impact.
- Recently graduated or in the early stages of your professional career
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in business performance, analytics, and decision-making
- Comfortable working with data and translating insights into recommendations
- Curious about automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled ways of working
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and storytelling skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in an international environment
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
