About IBBX:
IBBX Wireless Energy is at the forefront of developing breakthrough technology that delivers wireless electricity. The company has created and patented protocols that allow energy harvesting from electromagnetic waves; IBBX also produces an integrated circuit that executes such harvesting. It is the first real step into eliminating cables and vastly reducing battery sizes in electronic devices.
With a current team of 70 dedicated professionals, IBBX is in a phase of rapid growth, experiencing significant year-over-year expansion. Our culture is grounded in values of efficiency, respect, and diversity, and we are on a mission to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent aligned with our vision of creating impactful and world-changing innovations.
The first adopters of our technology are industries that rely on predictive maintenance of their production parks.
Our first product is the IBBX Retina Suite for industry 4.0, a set of sensors that feed from the machine’s (wasted) electromagnetic energy, and they just work – no cable, no battery replacement. They also happen to speak a proprietary wireless data protocol that is optimized for long distances, ideal for large industrial and agricultural environments. It may seem a bit too techie, we know, but all this is to explain why our Retina Suite has a line of clients waiting to acquire it, an example of how successful we can be in the near future.
