Financial Analyst (Customer Solutions Group)
We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to support the Customer Solutions Group (CSG), with a primary focus on operating expense (OPEX) planning, tracking, and reporting, as well as exposure to broader commercial finance activities. This role works with business leaders to support financial discipline, improve visibility into spend, and inform decision-making across sales and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities
- OPEX Planning and Management: Support planning, forecasting, and tracking of operating expenses as well as headcount. Work with functional leaders to support budget management, identify risks and opportunities, and maintain disciplined spend.
- Variance Analysis: Provide clear variance analysis and practical insights to support decision-making.
- Monthly & Quarterly Close: Support monthly and quarter end close processes.
- Leadership Reporting: Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and corporate functions to support business decisions.
- Revenue and Channel reporting: Help to support our weekly and quarterly channel operations and sales reports.
- Communication of Results: Help translate financial results into clear takeaways for non-finance stakeholders.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide analysis on key commercial topics such as spend efficiency, ROI, and productivity metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Use systems such as SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI to improve reporting, insights, and efficiency.
- AI and Automation Opportunities: Identify opportunities to use AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance reporting and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, including internship or full-time experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with PowerPoint
- Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP, Anaplan, PBI, Qlik, or similar systems preferred.

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
