What You’ll Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team and drive strategic insights around operating expenditures. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to build comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and headcount planning models that support CoreWeave's rapid growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to optimize financial processes and deliver actionable analysis to leadership teams.
- Partner with business leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing strategic guidance on resource allocation and cost optimization
- Collaborate with accounting team on monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis to identify trends, drive corrective actions, and maintain data integrity across all financial reporting
- Lead ad hoc financial analysis projects to drive operational efficiency improvements across the organization

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ of experience in a FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proficiency in building and maintaining financial and operational models
- Proficiency with accounting principles and strong understanding of the financial statements
- Extensive experience with financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience collaborating with C-suite and high level executives in a professional setting.
- Proven track record of ability to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
