The Role:

You will be a key player in financial and operations data analysis, providing financial insights to the Leadership Team for data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and annual budgeting.

As our reporting requirements and capabilities increase, you will leverage your Excel modeling and data analysis skills to automate reports and processes. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly operational metrics and review reports, working with and assisting Senior Leadership Team members.
- Work with the FP&A team on annual and ongoing budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, and other analytical processes.
- Work with the senior leaders to develop departmental budgets and review monthly budgets to actual variances/drivers and explain results.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other Business Units to understand variances and address discrepancies.
- Review reports and data provided to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Identify and address additional business partner needs as they arise.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as required.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of work experience in financial analysis and/or financial budgeting role.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Superb analytical mindset and skills and ability to.
- Collaboration with business leaders as their business partners and the ability to discuss financial matters in the business context.
- Positive mindset, keen, energetic, and strong desire to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize demands to meet deadlines and targets.
- Good oral and written communication skills to help prepare and present reports.
- Ability to summarize, interpret and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with the ability to automate and initiate improvements in reporting processes.
- Enjoys working in a team environment, taking new responsibilities, and stepping up to help when needed.
- Good working knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive, and Salesforce would be an asset, though not a requirement.
