We’re hiring a Financial Analyst at our rental facility in Columbia, MO, we are considering a remote work capacity if you are not local to Columbia MO. We are looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This person will support our Real Estate Operational Finance team and help us drive profitability through data-driven analysis. 
Salary range: $95k-$104k/yr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate. 

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead preparation and analysis of Real Estate financial tracking and performance materials, including quarterly earnings impacts
  • Closely partner with Real Estate Construction managers to inform projected spending forecasts and support budgeting accuracy
  • Improve the existing forecast process with better accuracy and efficiency
  • May involve writing SQL queries for necessary data retrieval
  • Implement best practices in financial analysis to support continuous improvement of processes
  • Responsible for identifying roadblocks to scaling and implementing automations to solve for those problems 
  • Corporate finance exposure: forecasting, reporting, and analysis experience

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Must be qualified to work in the United States - we are not sponsoring any candidates at this time
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills 
  • Working knowledge of financial data: forecasting, reporting and analysis experience
  • Ability to swiftly extract key insights from data
  • Proven ability to approach complex problems with curiosity and an analytical mindset
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Statistics, Economics or related field
  • At least 4+ years of experience focused on financial and data analysis
  • SQL and/or Alteryx experience a plus
  • Construction project management experience a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
