Financial Analyst, ACS FP&A

Location: Austin, TX

The Opportunity 

Adobe is seeking a Financial Analyst who provides critical financial and strategic support for the Global Adobe Customer Solutions organization within the Digital Experience Business Unit. We work to propel the business through data-driven forecasts and influential insights. This position will report to the ACS Senior Finance Manager and will play a critical part in influencing management decisions, strategic programs, leading change, standardizing methodologies, and challenging the status quo across the ACS business which includes Professional Services, Customer Engineering (Support), and Customer Success. The finance team celebrates understanding the big picture, and this role will balance deep financial modelling, with strategic investigation and analysis. What you'll Do 

  • Support leadership with data-driven insights to inform business decisions, financial planning, and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and refine financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting and forecasting.
  • Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards to enhance visibility into key performance metrics, identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to drive business performance.
  • Financial modeling, scenario modeling and data analysis to support recommendations for cost optimization, revenue growth, and investment strategies.
  • Out of the box thinking in Data analytics and insights, understand data flows and systems
  • Prepare, consolidate clear and concise financial presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Telling the story of business performance and risks & opportunities applying high impact visuals with compelling insights
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals.

What you need to succeed 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
  • 3+ years of FP&A with financial systems experience, ideally in large multinational companies
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, forecasting trends and variance analysis
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to articulate key business and financial implications and business impact
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, passionate about continuous improvement
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, experience in building PowerBI Dashboards is must. Familiarity with TM1, SQL and Anaplan is plus
  • Prior FP&A experience in professional services, support, and customer success organizations at a software company is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable business requirements.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, sense of humor, and enthusiasm for joining a dynamic FP&A team at Adobe.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $78,200 -- $158,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
