Job responsibilities:
- Support the daily operational processes and provide deliverables within established Service Level Agreements.
- Monitor issue metrics and prepare root cause analysis to identify and implement steps to reduce inquiry/issue occurrence.
- Ensure system, data, and user issues and inquiries are captured in appropriate reporting tools to support the collection, remediation, and metric generation for system health KPIs.
- Support testing and UAT activities that are inclusive of defect finding and reporting for various applications.
- Deploy Anaplan production models
- Loop in senior management for approvals, escalations, and risk mitigation.
- Communicate with end users of our applications, leverage written and verbal communication skills to understand and triage their issues while often translating the nature of the issues to both senior leadership and Technology partners for troubleshooting, prioritization, and resolution.
Required, qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university/institution
- Candidate must have 3+ years' of experience
- Data analysis experience with a passion for technology
- Background in economic forecasting, regulatory reporting (i.e., FRB Reporting)
- Demonstrates flexibility, teamwork, can multi-task effectively, builds partnerships, and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Assertive, self-confident, and comfortable when interacting with senior management
- Experience with project management tools like (JIRA/Confluence/ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of and/or experience using programming and query languages (e.g., SQL, Python), as well as experience leveraging automation and business intelligence (BI) tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Xceptor
- Experience with Data modelling tools like Anaplan
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- A self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge.
- advanced degree and/or certifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience in Operations/Production support with financial domain experience
- Macroeconomic Variables is an advantage
- Nice to have experiences include (but are not limited to): Financial Reporting, Finance Workflow/Automation, Analytics/Dashboarding, FwP&A/Forecasting
