Revenue Operations Analyst
LogicManager is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to support our inbound sales engine. We’re looking for someone who wants to make an impact and learn different facets of Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS company. The role will partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure the speed and accuracy of lead management, use data to make recommendations, and drive process improvements. The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring our customers and prospective customers receive a high level of responsiveness and the quality of engagement that we pride ourselves on.

In this role, you’ll get to:
- Manage the lead qualification and allocation process to ensure customers receive timely, relevant follow-up from our sales team
- Contribute to building complex lead scoring and lead routing logic to deliver qualified leads to the sales team faster
- Ensure accuracy and hygiene of our contact database to ensure accurate analysis and reporting
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to identify trends and surface insights with inbound activity
- Gain exposure and begin to master different tools in a Revenue TechStack (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and more) and be involved in future technology evaluations for your own professional development
- Build reports, email marketing audiences and sales outreach audiences to achieve various team initiatives
- Involvement in many ad-hoc projects where you’ll be able to take ownership of different initiatives
- Identify and implement ways to improve our top-of-funnel inbound processes
- Stay on top of the latest trends, techniques, and tools in the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations space
About you and the skills you’ll need:
- 1+ years of meaningful professional experience, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS; e.g. Coordinator, Analyst, or Rep roles in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success or Operations
- Excel, Salesforce and/or HubSpot CMS proficient, or strong desire to learn these systems
- Experience with other Marketing and Sales tools such as: Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, and/or Seismic is a plus
- Strong desire and aptitude to learn new systems and processes
- Detail-oriented and organized with a sense of urgency
- Data-driven and comfortable compiling analysis
- Self-starter who possess the intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver
- High adaptably and comfortable with ambiguity, including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities, quick deadlines, and change
- Bachelor’s degree
