How you will make an impact:

The BioProduction Group (BPG) drives $3B yearly revenue through a diverse set of businesses operating in a broad breadth of market segments.

The Finance Transformation Manager will contribute significantly to the progress of BPG’s Lead-to-Cash Transformation Program and other finance initiatives. The role involves working with leaders and departments to help craft and drive transformation roadmaps, coordinating project teams, and ensuring the achievement of desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in finance or lead-to-order processes, strong project management skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and effective change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future-state processes, develop business cases, and implement solutions.
  • Craft and develop process maps for existing processes and build new process maps to optimize business operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new processes.
  • Apply PPI (Practical Process Improvement) or Six Sigma methodologies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects.
  • Drive change management efforts to foster adoption of new processes and technologies across functions.
  • Conduct analysis of lead-to-cash, financial and adjacent processes and systems to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Define timelines and deliverables, communicate progress to workstream leads, and monitor key activities, deliverable completion, issues, and decision status.
  • Secure input and decisions from business and senior leaders.
  • Facilitate working sessions to address challenges, align timelines, and develop contingency plans.
  • Challenge workstream assumptions with an independent perspective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in finance transformation, project management, or consulting role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, process improvement methodologies, and change management principles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP and quote-to-cash systems is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and software.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and quote-to-cash processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $103,100.00–$140,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
