Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance Systems Manager to serve as a lead functional architect and client facing representative of our financial systems, focusing on Banking, Settlements and Procure to Pay. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-scale implementation, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Solution Architecture, from a Functional perspective for Workday Financials modules, including Banking, Procurement and VNDLY.
Understand the overall finance/accounting setup of Workday, including overall functional usage of Workday
The position involves leading system projects, resolving complex issues, improving processes, and enhancing the overall user experience across the Workday platform.
Manage teams in identifying business requirements for functional design, process design, prototyping, and user acceptance testing
Ensure that recommendations from implementation partner fit standards of minimum customization, maximum scalability
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey project updates and recommendations.
Participate in full-cycle and phase X implementation projects within the Workday FINS product suite.
Identify and implement process improvements that streamline end‑to‑end operations (e.g., invoice‑to‑pay, cash movement, bank reconciliation, supplier onboarding).
Collaborate closely with business units, Treasury, Procurement, and Controllership to align Workday configurations with operational needs.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on Workday functional financials experience.
Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including Banking, P2P, and Intercompany. Knowledge of Workday’s Supplier Portal solution is a plus.
Solid understanding of Workday’s FDM (Foundation Data Model) and associated accounting structures.
Certification in Workday Financials preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience designing Bank, Supplier Portal and tax integrations to fit business needs.
Experience as an implementation partner and/or WD consultant as a plus.
Practical Accounting / Finance experience a plus.
Demonstrated experience driving and leading this type of work in a similar environment.

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
