IT Enterprise Applications Analyst

Position Overview:
Flagship Pioneering is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing our Finance, Procurement, Payroll, and related systems, ensuring that they align with our business objectives and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of NetSuite and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in general, along with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.  This is a hybrid position with days in office at our Cambridge headquarters.  
Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Applications technical support and administration
• Maintain system configurations and integrations across the ecosystem of enterprise applications
• Participate as a core team member in projects to improve, enhance, and integrate software solutions across the company
• Capture and refine business requirements, prioritize work, and implement system changes
• Provide ongoing technical support for incidents and requests related to systems submitted through the IT Help Desk.
• Collaborate with software vendors to address system updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with a team of business systems analysts to ensure cohesive support across the organization.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of hands-on technical experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems in an enterprise environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the biotech industry is a plus.
• Strong technical skills in building and maintaining integrations, reports, and dashboards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
