Our amazing finance team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated Finance projects and operations analyst to join us!

The finance team is responsible for all aspects, from ensuring that we comply with all business obligations to planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company extensive growth.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth and scale.


About The Role
  • Proactively identify and initiate process improvements opportunities and push to create automation where appropriate to support scale while maintaining SOX requirements. 
  • Work in collaboration with different stakeholders within finance, business applications teams and other departments
  • Lead projects end to end: design, implement, test and document to provide high-quality solutions as well as own specific finance operations, ongoing tasks and processes which meet the business needs.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Finance Projects/Operation roles or any other finance systems related roles  (preferably from a big company)
  • Experience with NetSuite (Must)
  • Experience working within a finance department - advantage 
  • Hands-on process oriented and data driven approach 
  • Outstanding Excel skills (experience with Power Query a significant plus). 
  • Experience with BI tools and SQL (a significant plus)
  • Ability to work independently, self-learn and adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's in Economics, Accounting, Industrial engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Fluent English – writing and verbal
