This role will serve as a key financial partner to Tech leadership, with a strong focus on reviewing, rationalizing, and governing G&A expenses including enterprise software, hardware, and telecom spend.
This position is an individual contributor role operating with significant autonomy. The Finance Manager will translate business and technology strategy into financial plans, influence investment and spend decisions, and drive accountability to financial outcomes. Success in this role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, deep analytical rigor, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, data-driven insights.

The base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $176,000.

What You'll Do
- Partner closely with Tech leadership, Procurement, and other stakeholders to review, rationalize, and optimize G&A expenses, including software, hardware, and telecom spend.
- Build and maintain governance processes around enterprise software and technology-related expenses.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Tech G&A expenses, owning assumptions, scenarios, and key business drivers.
- Develop complex, bottoms-up financial models in Excel using large datasets to support spend optimization, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
- Own financial and operational reporting for Tech spend, distilling complex analyses into clear executive-level narratives and recommendations.
- Analyze performance versus plan and forecast, clearly identifying risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Support month-end close activities for Tech G&A expenses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Continuously improve financial processes, controls, and reporting related to technology spend.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Tech Finance, Corporate Finance, or a related role.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with demonstrated experience building complex models from the ground up and working with large, detailed datasets.
- Confidence in interacting with senior business leaders and proven ability to distill complex analyses into clear, concise insights for senior and executive audiences.
- Strong influencing skills and experience partnering with business leaders to drive difficult, data-backed decisions.
- Ability to independently navigate ambiguity by framing problems, setting priorities, and driving analytical work forward in the absence of established templates or clear precedent.
- Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and financial controls.

- Previous experience working closely with Procurement and Tech partners strongly preferred.
- Experience with Hyperion/SmartView, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools
The base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $176,000.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
