We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations in the fast-paced work environment. This role involves strategic financial planning, budget management, financial risk analysis, compliance with local and international regulations, and reporting directly to the executive team. Familiarity with crypto assets, blockchain finance, and digital wallets and experience working within these industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
2. Manage company wallets, monitor crypto transactions, and ensure proper accounting of digital assets.
3. Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax reporting activities.
4. Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies that align with compliance standards for crypto operations.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
6. Coordinate with external auditors, legal, and tax advisors to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., FATF, KYC/AML standards).
7. Optimize treasury operations including fiat and crypto cash flows.
8. Evaluate and manage financial risks associated with token listings, exchange partnerships, and investor relations.
9. Work closely with leadership on pricing strategies, investment decisions, and capital allocation.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CA, or MBA preferred).
2. 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within fintech, blockchain, or crypto-related sectors.
3. Familiarity with international tax laws, digital asset compliance, and anti-money laundering practices.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
