As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to our global team. 

OVERVIEW: 

The Manager, FP&A will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams and executive leadership as it relates to North America Marketing expense. The primary focus of this role will be to support monthly forecasting and annual budget processes. You will also serve as the finance business partner to the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Operations team. You will be a key piece of the strategic planning and measurement for all Marketing initiatives globally.  

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: 

  • Manage ~$300M - $500M of expense planning and reporting, during a period of exceptional sales and category growth, with the responsibility of (1) direct report
  • Forecast and budget various elements of the P&L, creating processes and models where necessary to improve quality of insight and speed
  • Work closely with Accounting to ensure monthly actuals are booked correctly
  • Work cross-functionally to develop financial models for analysis
  • Assist ongoing process improvement, both within Finance and with business partners
  • Build deliverables that condense complex topics into actionable information that is communicated effectively to the business, as well as Finance and Executive leadership


COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) along with good sound interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Excel / Office skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid analytical skills with a strong attention to detail


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A
  • Previous experience managing direct reports preferred
