Job Summary:
We are seeking our first full time hire to help build out the finance function at Tutor Intelligence. As Finance Lead, you'll play a major role (both operational and strategic) in building core functions for a rapidly growing 40 person org across all areas of finance - managing working capital, modeling business outcomes, and ensuring compliance with reporting and accounting requirements.
Requirements
- Experience owning financial planning, forecasting, or pricing strategy in a high-growth or operationally complex environment.
- Expertise in cash flow management, GAAP reporting, and financial modeling
- Ability to forecast, budget, and provide strategic insights based on robust financial analysis
- Advanced excel/sheets user and familiarity with basic data analytics
- Interest for broad process optimization and ownership
