We are seeking a Finance Development Clerk—an ideal opportunity for junior/senior undergraduate students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands‑on experience in corporate finance, accounting, and business systems.

In this role, you’ll support the Finance and Business Systems team with critical data entry, record management, and foundational finance tasks while learning how ERP systems, accounting workflows, and business operations function in a global organization.

This position is structured to help early‑career talent develop the skills needed for future roles in finance, accounting, business analysis, or ERP systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, scanning, and record organization across finance and business systems.
  • Enter, update, and verify financial, HR, and operational data in ERP systems (SAP experience not required; training provided).
  • Maintain accurate logs, spreadsheets, and financial records; review entries for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support routine financial processes such as invoice entry, purchase order matching, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Help process data uploads and ensure information is consistent across systems.
  • Update internal databases, vendor lists, and departmental tracking files.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports, dashboards, and summaries used by leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance & Business Systems team.
  • Support document management systems by ensuring accurate indexing, storage, and version control.
  • Perform additional office support tasks as assigned (e.g., office organization, supply coordination).
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing (Junior/Senior) or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn ERP systems and finance processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Excel formulas, pivot tables, or basic financial concepts.
  • Prior internship or part‑time experience in an office, finance, or data‑driven environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move within an office environment.
  • Repetitive motion related to typing, filing, and general administrative tasks.
