Where You Fit 

We are seeking a Finance Associate or Senior Finance Associate to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Responsible for creating the annual operating plan model, including modeling conversion of sales pipeline to revenue and forecasting expenses. Involves close collaboration with sales and other functional teams to identify model inputs.
  • Analyze budget to actual variances and communicating to department heads
  • Prepare business-unit reporting, including allocation of P&L line items among business divisions

Costing

  • Maintain model to price customer contracts based on cost and margin. Work collaboratively with operational teams to identify internal cost inputs, and with sales teams to build custom pricing models.

Business Support

  • Own the process to log and track sales bookings and backlog
  • Own the process to calculate sales commissions
  • Create sales operations dashboards and pipeline reporting
  • Partner with department heads to provide ad-hoc financial support
  • Create content on key performance indicators for executive management

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
  • 1-3 years professional experience in Finance role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to build basic financial models
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

The cash compensation outlined below includes base salary or hourly wage and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. The summary below indicates if an employee in this position is eligible for annual bonus and overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. 

Annual Pay Range:
$60,000 - $92,000
