About the Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Finance Analyst to support our North America (NA) and Latin America (LATAM) sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to drive profitable growth through effective deal governance, contract management, collections support, and commercial decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience supporting enterprise sales organizations in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer quotes and commercial deals to ensure compliance with company pricing, discounting, and profitability guidelines.
  • Provide financial support during deal negotiations by evaluating commercial structures, pricing scenarios, and business risks.
  • Serve as the finance escalation point for customer collections and work closely with Sales and Accounts Receivable to improve cash collections.
  • Review and provide pre-approval for customer credit requests in accordance with established credit policies.
  • Approve sales opportunities within delegated authority levels, ensuring compliance with financial and business controls.
  • Own Salesforce (SFDC) contract management processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely contract execution.
  • Track, monitor, and report Annual Contract Value (ACV) KPIs and other key commercial performance metrics.
  • Support the preparation and financial review of customer RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.
  • Drive the rollout and operational support of commercial offers through the AWS Marketplace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, Product and Finance to improve commercial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve reporting and business insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Deal Desk, or Sales Finance.
  • Experience in supporting enterprise sales organizations across North America; LATAM exposure.
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, contract management, pricing, and commercial approvals.
  • Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC); familiarity with AWS Marketplace is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and and CRM systems is needed; experience with ERP is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate is located in the Eastern Time Zone.

  •  Knowledge of SaaS business models, ACV/ARR metrics, and subscription-based commercial structures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
