In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging technology training for advisors and technology field staff-virtually, in person, and through self-paced LMS modules-while also coordinating large-scale learning events for field technicians. Additionally, in this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance field technology solutions and drive adoption, bringing together your expertise in learning strategy, performance consulting, and technology enablement and delivery. The ideal candidate is agile, collaborative, and an exceptional communicator with experience in financial services and a passion for improving the field technology experience.

The Impact
- Serve as a strategic consultant to the field and business leaders, identifying and assessing learning and performance needs related to new technologies and business priorities.
- Design and deliver targeted learning and instructional experiences that improve adoption, proficiency, and confidence with new tools, platforms, and workflows.
- Act as a trusted technology enablement partner, translating technical capabilities into practical solutions that enhance the advisor and firm experience.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to ensure technology rollouts are supported with clear communication, training, and performance support.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and risk leaders to design required training programs within regulatory standards.
- Lead complex learning and enablement projects, managing stakeholder expectations, timelines, scope, and outcomes across multiple initiatives.
- Support change management efforts by creating just-in-time training resources and user documentation aligned with field workflows and behaviors.
- Mentor peers and training partners in the home office and field on instructional design methods, learning tech platforms, and performance consulting techniques.
- Leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver, measure, and continuously improve training outcomes.
- Influence cross-functional strategies by representing the voice of the field and aligning enablement efforts with enterprise technology direction.
- Establishes, tracks & reports on critical success factors, adoption criteria and measurable benefits of projects deployed.
The Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience working in learning and performance and/or project management
- 2+ years of experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences and at different levels of management, tailoring the message to fit the audience
The Ideal Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with protection and wealth distribution technology platforms
- Ability to build and convert online learning materials for an LMS through Articulate 360
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft applications including Power Automate.
- Experience coordinating large learning events, both virtually and in-person.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships, lead without authority, and collaborate effectively across business, technology, and field teams.
- Experienced in managing complex projects and programs from initiation through implementation, including timeline oversight, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to create innovative, clear, and compelling presentations and learning materials.
- Skilled at prioritizing multiple objectives in fast-paced environments, balancing competing demands while delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Strong analytical thinker with a talent for synthesizing information, making data-driven decisions, and translating business needs into actionable solutions. Knowledge with Alteryx is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation, challenging the status quo, and leading initiatives involving process design, technology enablement, and system enhancements.
