The Opportunity
As a Field Technology Experience Delivery Manager, you'll have an opportunity to use your business and technology experience to support our Brand, Product and Affiliated Distribution strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects that enable new tool implementations designed to increase business value to our Field Leadership and Distribution partners. You will work with cross-functional teams to help identify improvements in field technology solutions. In this role, as well as all roles within MassMutual, you will demonstrate accountability, agility, a dedication to being inclusive, having strong business acumen, and will show courage, even in the most difficult situations. The Team
As part of Brand, Product and Affiliated Distribution, the Distribution Platforms, Readiness and Strategy organization is responsible for driving strategy and execution related to technology, reporting, readiness and change management to support MassMutual's wealth, product, marketing and career distribution organizations. The Impact:
  • Oversee multiple complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication of project goals and progress.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for business stakeholders and project teams.
  • Partner with the field agencies Practice Development Specialists (PDS) team to drive technology adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the PDS team in supporting new tools and technology rollouts and updates.
  • Work with home office business leads to help translate business needs and requirements in support of building business cases for new tools and technology investments.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Technology Experience (ETX) division and vendors to understand technology capabilities.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions are well executed and supported.

The Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience working in financial services project management including technology and business strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience with protection and wealth distribution technology platforms

The Ideal Qualifications
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate into technology and operational requirements.
  • Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences and at different levels of management, tailoring the message to fit the audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently & prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment, ensuring delivery of a quality product.
  • Willingness to travel to field agencies as needed
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, lead without direct authority, collaborate across teams, and communicate with others both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience leading Projects/Programs from initiation through implementation; managing timelines, resource needs, and risk mitigation
  • Strong ability to synthesize information.
  • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement creative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Experience with challenging the status quo.
  • Experience as Business Lead for programs involving process design, product implementation, and system upgrades/conversions.

Salary Range: $124,800-$163,800
