Oak Essentials was founded by a group of like-minded women united by a key feeling that there was something lacking in the world of luxury beauty. With years of collective experience in the lifestyle space, we were eager to cut through the noise by creating a destination dedicated to everyday well-being. We believe that care—of your body, skin, home, and self—comes down to a set of essentials defined by you: from the beautiful details that make your home feel special to the vulnerable conversations that leave you feeling whole. As we continue to grow our team, our aim is to create a workplace that’s built on diversity and inclusion, and where the varied voices and viewpoints of our community pave the way.

About This Role:

In addition to driving sales and education in their own focus doors, this role is responsible for managing regional freelance field support and esthetician networks, ensuring consistent execution, education, and brand representation across the entire region.

  • Work in designated retail stores, spas and hospitality accounts 4 days per week, supporting daily selling, education, and events across key doors
  • Drive sales performance in partnership with store teams through side-by-side selling, education, and relationship building
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Field Sales & Education and SVP of Retail to align on weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals by retailer and door
  • Analyze door-level performance and prioritize field time, events, and education based on business opportunity

 Education & Brand Training

  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager of Field Sales and Education to maintain expert-level knowledge of Oak Essentials’ product assortment, ingredients, and rituals
  • Deliver engaging and effective training to in-store teams, with a focus on selling confidence, client conversion, and service execution
  • Utilize downtime in stores strategically to educate teams and reinforce key brand and product messages
  • Adapt education approach based on retailer, spa or hospitality account culture (ULTA, Nordstrom, Jenni Kayne, BEAUTYSPACE, specialty boutiques, etc.)

Regional Leadership & Freelance Management

  • Manage, and continuously develop freelance field sales talent to support events, education, and peak business periods
  • Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and execution across the region
  • Maintain a clear and organized regional field calendar accessible to leadership
  • Ensure all freelance teams are trained to Oak Essentials brand standards and retailer guidelines

Events & Activations

  • Work directly with Senior Manager of Field Sales & Education to develop and execute regional event strategies designed to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and maximize sales
  • Act as the primary regional lead for major retailer events, ensuring early planning, staffing, and flawless execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide feedback on event performance, client response, and future opportunities

Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day brand contact for store and regional retail partners within the territory
  • Build strong relationships with Store and Regional Leadership
  • Provide detailed recaps after store visits, including sales results, visual standards, inventory needs, photos, and feedback

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Account Executive or senior account role within prestige beauty skincare or body care
  • Proven experience working with major beauty retailers such as ULTA, Nordstrom, and BEAUTYSPACE
  • Strong understanding of field sales, education, and event-driven retail strategies
  • Licensed esthetician strongly preferred
  • Experience managing and developing freelance or field teams
  • Confident public speaker with the ability to motivate, inspire, and educate diverse retail teams
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable traveling extensively and working independently in the field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
  • Passion for clean beauty, luxury retail, and elevated customer experience

TRAVEL & SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Location: Miami–Fort Lauderdale–West Palm Beach or New York City / Northern New Jersey
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%, including frequent regional flights and in-store time
